I am a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Architect based in the Phoenix, AZ and work with clients across the country. I’ve been involved with CRM in general since 1998 with an emphasis in Dynamics CRM since 2003 and ClickDimensions since 2014. I cover all aspects of CRM implementations including Project Management, business analysis, architecture and design, implementation, upgrades and training. My focus has been sports and entertainment working with 10 national sports franchises within the MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL and MLS leagues. This focus has been ticketing system integrations and fan sales management.

The Blog

Much of this blog will be dedicated to issues that I have run into during upgrades, redeployment’s and enterprise environments. It will be a mix of configuration and development, performance, Window OS issues as well as other that can cause issues on installation or upgrades. In addition I will include other MS CRM information that has been helpful to me but may not be readily available. (Blog started 5/2010)
